  • a new dramatic full building façade along the 770 LF perimeter consisting of 25 foot high walls of almost seamless glass to create a two story storefront with maximum transparency
  • a new enclosed 15,000 SF lobby which incorporates 50,000 SF of new granite and features new revolving doors, lighting, and stone walls, flooring and ceilings
  • refurbishment and preservation of a stainless steel and corrugated glass wall sculpture fountain and a ceiling sculpture in the lobby, both designed approximately 40 years ago by the late Japanese-American artist Isamu Noguchi
  • new spine infrastructure that includes new EP system with 1750 KVA generator

Special Interests

  • the new façade, which utilizes a state-of-the-art Pilkington Planar glass structure system using hanging glass mullions, is one of the largest applications of the system in the United States
  • this 1,500,000 SF building remained fully operational through- out construction, without disruption to its 5,000 tenants
