  • Laboratories: A 75,000 SF renovation to accomodate 52 laboratories and associated support space including new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services, new EPA regulated fume hoods, exhaust systems, and a façade restoration.
  • Research Greenhouse: An 11,000 SF high-tech R & D greenhouse specifically designed for new product pilot programs.
  • Food Production Facility: An 11,000 SF food production facility/pilot plant designed to process a test product, refrigerated fish. The facility, built to FDA requirements, was constructed and outfitted to clean, cook, package, refrigerate, and handle the new product.
  • Health Fitness Center: A 5,000 SF addition to an existing R&D facility to create a Corporate Physical Fitness Center with racquetball and volleyball courts, outdoor tennis courts, aerobic rooms, nautilus and weight rooms, jogging paths, and full locker room facilities including showers, saunas, and lockers.
