Emergency Response Program

Contracted to be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to perform any emergency repair work through-
out the 5 boroughs of NYC.

Public School 200

An interior and exterior modernization of an 80,000 SF
elementary school.

Public School 158

A modernization and renovation of this landmarked school including kitchen/cafeteria, 70 classrooms, a 300 seat auditorium, and 2 gymnasiums.

Public School 88

a modernization which included two new additions located east and west of the existing building totalling 43,000 SF.

Public School 102

A modernization of this fully occupied historic school. Work included a 4 story, 46,588 SF addition.

Intermediate School 125

A phased interior renovation of this fully occupied school with work including restoration of all deteriorated finishes and a total upgrade of the school’s existing mechanical and electrical systems.

Northeast Bronx Educational Park

A phased program of renovations at this five school, 432,000 SF education complex.

Gateway Health & Science HS

A gut renovation which converted a 45,000 SF existing building into a state-of-the-art high school.

Mentor Program

A Capital Improvement Program which consisted of expansion and renovation work at hundreds of schools throughout New York City’s 5 boroughs.

Capital Improvement Program

A program of exterior modernizations and interior upgrades of 6 schools in Manhattan which serve a total of 5,700 students. Each school remained fully operational throughout the duration of work.
