Central Research Branch

A Phase II infrastructure upgrade and rehabilitation of the fully operational main branch with special consideration given to the landmark interior and exterior.

Library for Performing Arts

A fast-tracked renovation for the 121,000 SF Library in Lincoln Center which houses valuable collections of music, video, and literature.

Brooke Astor Rare Books Reading Room

A phased gut renovation to create the Rare Books Reading Room and a new Genealogy Room.

Library for the Blind & Physically Handicapped

A 5 floor renovation of the existing 12 story Crystal building.

The Trustees Room & Bartos Forum

A full restoration and upgrading of the landmark status Trustees Room and the Bartos forum into public assembly spaces.

Sidewalk and Curb Replacement

A project involving the replacement of broken bluestone pavers and granite curbs at the Central Research Branch.

Shoici Noma Reading Room

A full restoration of a nearly 100 year old reading room to its original condition.

Telecommunications Systems

An upgrade and implementation of a state-of-the-art system for seven library branches.
