Preconstruction and Construction Management services for the mixed-use residential development located at 1400 and 1900 Avenue in the Port Imperial waterfront community in Weehawken, New Jersey. The two eight story building buildings, totaling 500,000 GSF, will include 282 apartments, an above ground parking garage, ammenity spaces and ground floor retail. A pedestrian plaza will sit between the two buildings to break down the scale of the project.
