A new, 45 story, mixed use development including a 357 key extended stay hotel, 93 residential units, and retail components with on-site parking garage. Centrally located in the Times Square/Bryant Park area of Midtown, this is New York City’s first Residence Inn by Marriott.

  • managed change of rental building to for sale condominium while pouring the 35th floor concrete
  • high end finishes throughout hotel public spaces including marble flooring in lobby, tigerwood and maple millwork, bronze elevator doors and frames
  • guestrooms feature custom kitchen cabinets, black granite countertops, bamboo flooring, LCD flat screen televisions, and stainless steel appliances
