It’s been seven months since the Woolworth Building’s $110 million penthouse hit the market and though that’s still looking for a buyer, the building has just unleashed another stand-out condo—the far less spendy Residence 40A.
The apartment takes up the entirety of the 40th floor, lending it four exposures, as well as four bedrooms and four full and two half bathrooms. For this, buyers are asked to pony up $21.325 million, making it the Woolworth’s most expensive condo on the market right now behind the 9,710-square-foot penthouse.
Ahead of its listing, Residence 40A was staged by Cheryl Eisen of Interior Marketing Groupwho gave the apartment a classic muted palate while also bringing in deep indigos that echo in the windows’ polychromatic terra-cotta surrounds.
