		Located at a major transit hub at Queens’ Jamaica Station with the AirTrain link to JFK, is a new, superblock, residential development of over 1.2 million square feet comprising two towers of 30 stories and 16 stories above Archer Avenue and Sutphin Boulevard between the LIRR and three MTA subway lines. This 669-unit residential complex mixed-use community development is an important part of Greater Jamaica’s revitalization.
