Campus building systems upgrade project for the City University of New York financed by the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY). The chiller/boiler phases were upgraded with new offices, locker rooms, kitchens, and showers. All of the upgrades were performed around the college’s schedule while the campus remained fully occupied.
