Construction of a mixed-use high-rise development on Manhattan’s West Side Hudson Yards neighborhood at the former site of the New York Butchers’ Dressed Meat Company, which was constructed in 1905, adjacent to the Jacob Javits Convention Center. The total development comprises approximately 800,000 GSF with two 60-story towers on a common 5-story podium. The 693 ft. north tower is dedicated to residential occupancy with 358 units while the 667 ft. south tower are 3 multi-branded Marriott hotels totalling 666 keys.
