Substantial modification for Mount Sinai Hospital of the existing pain management office located at 200 West 57th Street. Renovation included the conversion of three existing spaces: a radiology room into a conference room, a storage closet into a soiled utility room, and an exam room into a fluoroscopy imaging room. Work also included renovating an existing exam room into a recovery room and the addition of exam room cabinets and sinks to two consult rooms.
