Description:
This master planned development includes seven buildings on the Halletts Point Peninsula along the East River waterfront, which the Durst Organization is developing in phases. Halletts Point Building 7 is 14 stories tall and 154,000 SF, consisting of 163 affordable residential rentals and related amenities. The project will be erected on a lot within the NYCHA Astoria Housing Campus and will include select ConEd utility relocation work, new landscaping and surface parking for NYCHA residents
