The Terrace is a casual all-day eatery developed by chef John Fraser, with an ambiance that is at once simple and sophisticated. Inspired by French brasseries and American chophouses, it’s located in the heart of Times Square, on the 9th floor of 701 Seventh Avenue at 47th Street. The Terrace’s open air option, the Outdoor Gardens, offers guests the chance to dine high above Times Square. CNY’s interior division managed the fit-out of this new dining destination, providing the client with value-engineering recommendations for upscale finishes.
